📋 Booqable Product Setup Guide
Each piece of equipment has a permanent HireCheck link that never changes. Follow these steps once to set up automatic condition report links in your Booqable contracts.
Step 1 — Create custom field
In Booqable: Settings → Custom fields → Add field
Type: Text · Applies to: Products
Name: Condition Report
Step 2 — Add links to products
For each product in Booqable, open it and paste the HireCheck link from the table below into the Condition Report custom field.
Step 3 — Update contract template
In Booqable: Settings → Documents → Contract
Add this where you want the link:
